By car
You get to Piding via Autobahn A8 and Bundesstraße B20.
From Munich:
- A8 towards Salzburg
- Exit Bad Reichenhall
- Take the second exit at the roundabout
From Salzburg:
- A1 / A10 towards Munich to "Knoten Salzburg"
- Continue on A1 towards Munich
- On A8 until exit Bad Reichenhall (first exit after the border)
- Turn left on B20
- Take the third exit at the roundabout
By the airplane
From Salzburg International Airport:
- On Bundesstraße 1 towards Autobahn / Germany
- Cross A1/Salzburg-West below and continue on Bundesstraße 1 towards the border
- Shortly after the border enter A8 until exit Bad Reichenhall
- Turn left on B20
- Take the third exit at the roundabout
From Munich International Airport:
- Take A92 towards Munich
- Continue on A9/A99/A8 towards Salzburg
- Exit Bad Reichenhall
- Take the second exit at the roundabout
By train (Piding station)
- Via Freilassing or Salzburg Central Station
- Take S3 towards Bad Reichenhall
- From Piding Station it is 15 minutes by feet or take a taxi
