900 meters away from the hotel, at Kirchplatz, Gasthaus Altwirt offers hearty Bavarian dishes in its beautiful garden and so called "Brotzeit" - a meal or snack consisting of bread, cold cuts, cheese, and lots more. On Sundays, there is a musical Event called "Dämmerschoppen."

At Schlosswirt Staufeneck (800 meters from the hotel) you will be indulged with regional specialties, too. The house with beer garden is located underneath Staufeneck castle, directly at the foot of the mountain.
